Yes, me too. It is not that hard to find good ones on the upper end. The challenge is to find good ones in the $20 and under range. I found myself looking to Argentina, Chile and Australia for good values. Many Argentine malbecs, Chilean cabs and Aussie cabs and shiraz are good drinking values.

Look out for ZOLO wines from Argentina. We drink their Malbec and their Torrentes, which is a nice white wine. BevMo has them out here, and they are normally part of their 5cent wine sale, which means 2 bottles for $16ish.

Ild like to try a different one. 64 has old school british hops, which arent really my favorite.

FBD - Great Divide Denver Pale Ale.

Exceptional pale ale. The GD signature maltiness creates a very distinct flavor for a beer of this style.

Agreed. I've had lots of GD ales over the last month and, as we've discussed, they do have a "signature maltiness". I like it. We know at least one member of the Krewe of FBD who does not.

Yea, the maltiness can be overwhelming. You gotta take it one GD at a time.

I don't drink much Guinness these days, but the nitrogen storm in the glass is so nice.
