Kim, what did you think about Flight of the Angry Beast? Between the oyster BLT and the hops I had prior, I didn't get a good taste of it.

Coworker was so proud to give me this. It's pretty good. A tad too much age on it, but a nice pale Ale.

Starting a big pot of spaghetti to freeze, coconut curry chicken and couscous for dinner, and crawfish bisque for Christmas tomorrow.

I like it in small servings. It is quite complex and the bourbon is subtle (I don't get any scotch) and the high abv is nice. Olive or Twist had a keg for a few weeks and I enjoyed a few there recently.
