5BD is a Cavatica Stout. Unless you count the tastes of vanilla cream ale and chocolate pumpkin stout I had. None of these went in the chili.

B - How was the Cavatica Stout?

I know I've had it, but I was pretty hammered at the time, and don't really remember it. Maybe it's not very memorable?

Zappas - You drink a lot of Full Sail IPAs, it seems. Their IPA is one of their best beers. Very underrated, I think. Ditto for Bridgeport IPA.

ETA: LBD - HUB IPA. Phone is dead, no pic. This after splitting a Sahalie and The Tart of Darkness with my cousin. A great day, for sure.

Good stout. Maybe some cheap dark stuff? :)

Last BD is a Ten Fidy by the fireplace. Canned 10/15/2012. So good aged a year.

Being a vegetarian on thanksgiving can be a challenge. Went to the in laws.......bacon in the green beans, chicken broth in the stuffing......ate mashed potatoes and rolls....

Was the IPA that turned me into a hop head. It's actually an English IPA ......they use English barley and English hops in it which is strange for an Oregon brewer. Their Amber Ale is really good too.

Thanks. I may have to try it again. My wife and I are planning on going to Astoria the first week of January. I am a fan of Fort George. They make some solid beers, and am planning on visiting their brewery/ public house.

Fort George has a lot of beers on tap in this area. They only can a few of their beers, so I try to taste their beers when I see them on tap.
