The DAB Lab series focuses on vibrant, resinous hoppy ales brewed with CO2 hop extract and select hop varieties. Brewed with a simple base of 2-row and Oat Malt, Garden Grove features a lush bouquet of Apollo Extract, Centennial Extract, and Amarillo in the kettle, followed by a citrusy and floral blend of Amarillo, Centennial, and Azacca in the dry-hop. Garden Grove finishes crisp, with a mild lingering bitterness.
