It's more of a guideline, really.

I like it. Like selling tax credits.

This will be lastBD. It is so nice in front of the fire. A stout to end the evening was required.

And you didn't call me to share?

I MIGHT have some exciting news for the FBD BR Krewe in the next week or so. Sworn to secrecy for now.

On my small batch kick, so my FBourbonD is Noah's Mill. Hides the 114 proof well, well, at least until morning.

Got to slow down my beer consumption. Spending too much money and gaining too much weight.

I've changed from the 2 beer a night guideline to the 15% guideline. Add up the ABV on each 12 ounce serving, and it can't exceed 15%. So I can have 3 5% beers, 2 7.5% beers, a 10% and a 5%, and so on.

Also going to try to buy less beer and drink more homebrew. That said, I still have a ton of stuff.

We'll see. I have good intentions.

It was my understanding that there would be no math.

The math I'm most concerned with is the 10 pounds I've put on since football season started. Need to work on subtraction.

Yea, I can relate. I've been pretty good the last couple weeks but the last few weeks of 2012 were brutal excess of eating and beer. Plus, I have not run much the last few weeks due to the weather.

I've been better this month. But work is kicking my arse. It makes me want to drink even more. Had a good week of running the week before last. This one hasn't been so good. Too much work and rain.

You're a stronger man than I am. After a long day/week, there's no way in hell I would be able to follow your 15% rule.
