Ok fellas, i think i dried out the fricking chicken skin, so how do i get the rub to stick? Mustard? I spatchcocked it.

I'm gonna fricking scorch it... probably 300 or 325? And maybe give it some direct heat on the skin side when it's getting close. If you cant tell, the skin has always been my issue.
