Just put the brisket in the smoker. FBD is an Imperial Stout from Fairhope Brewing Co.

Went to their brewery a couple weeks ago and they have free golden tee. It was a great time.

The pepper is mild in this one. Very good beer. I think their BBA stouts are the best thing they brew. They aren't sweet and syrupy like many are.

Their tap room is a nice space and is kid-friendly, which is good. They are good people too.

FBD was some Homebrew Brut IPA I was trying to kill the keg on this am.
SBD is some Sunkatcher and this being my third taste of it, I must say, it is sweeter than I would like. The hops are awesome and the body is great, but it drinks a bit too heavy. Almost like they canned it unattenuated. It’s not done fermenting, IMO. I know this is contrary to my first post on this beer and other may have purchased based on my recommendation, and for that, I apologize. It seems like most people are digging it, but I’m probably not going to be able to have more than one of these per sitting anymore.

TBD is some Pau Hana Punch courtesy of Curdsy. This shite is still amazing. It says Tropical Ale, but this is most definitely a Tropical SOUR. I might even bring out my pH meter to see how sour. If I had to guess, I’d say 3.6.
