I don't think I've had a single Buffalo Bayou beer, except the Mocha Sunset, that has made me want to go out and buy more.

3BD is a 9/26 Devil's Harvest. I guess further research is necessary, but this is not nearly as good as the last 2 batches. I drank a shite ton of the 9/06 batch and loved it. This batch is not as juicy and it is thin on the finish. I have disappoint.

It is not even close. I've only had one can, but it is obvious that it is a drop off from the last couple of batches. It lacks the juiciness, it is thin (particularly on the finish) and I am getting something a little "off" on the finish---like cardboard.
Based on the last couple of batches, I figured they'ed dialed in on the recipe. I wish I and not bought 2 sixers today. I'll drink 'em, but I'd rather Envie.

I'm drinking a Commotion. It's gone back to being over carbonated and stupid fizzy. Trying to choke it down then which to Envie. Not buying anymore Commotion with Envie around unless I hear they revamp it.

Agree on the 9/26 DH. Had one tonight, way off for me. I heard they were revamping some things hence no new crowd control batches lately. Hopefully things will get right again.
