We lost our about a year ago. It's tough the first week after but the good memories win out.

^^^thanks buddy, this is going to be difficult. I keep telling my wife and kids to try to be happy for the time we had with him instead of sad that he is leaving but its hard to do.

We dog people understand. I cried like a baby when we put our old gal down last year. Of course it is difficult, but like Zappas said, it gets better with time and you will always have the good memories.

Ive had to do this 4 times as an adult and it never gets easier. The good thing is I will be on the look out for another dog starting tomorrow. It hurts way more than I want it to but it is too worth it not to do it.

Nbd. Watching this Making a Murderer documentary series everyone has been freaking out about. Worth the hype.
