Mardi Gras season is upon us and to kick it off, I’m out here on the Northshore brewing my first NEIPA of the season! 100% single hop Sabro neomexicanus hops that are native to the US.

FBD is my West Coast Pale Homebrew with single hop El Dorado.

Nice little Sunday. I just finished some light yard work and now it is time for beer and football.

FBD This beer marks the end of Christmas. Not the sun or moon or whenever the Mayans say it ends.

Kim, did you think you would be doing yardwork this early in January?

It has been a weird winter so far for sure. At least it finally stopped raining.

FBD is a Ghost.

That Monstera is SNEAKY drinkable for 9%. Fermented out in like 3-4 days with that Hornindal Kveik at 90°+!!! Crazy juicy/jackfruit with all the mango pineapple stonefuit you want in a NEIPA. The booziness is CRAZY subdued for a Triple. All you Attacus fans NEED to try this!

Alex knows what he is doing and I’m happy to have him as a new Nola staple. Excited to see what comes from Miel in the coming months.

FBD- El Duderino from Center of the Universe with a bag of Lil Boosie's Louisiana Heat, both purchased at the shady corner store within walking distance of home.

The El Duderino is an acceptable White Russian stout.
