I hear ya .. I have a 2016 bomber I have not cracked open yet.
But have not had it in a bit and its a very nice change up and the AC is on so I am pretending its cold.

I haven't tried smoking salmon yet. I would have guessed lower heat and less time, but it looks good and still moist.

Been doing a big salmon every Christmas Eve the last few years. It’s one of my favorite things to smoke. So good.
