Yes, as long as the phone is compatible with your carrier. The Moto G4 is compatible with all of the major carriers.
Carriers lock the phones they sell you so you can't take it to another carrier. You can unlock them, but it's a pain in the arse. These phones were never locked.

Glad to see the young 4miles got the No8 cargo delivered.
Speaking of deliveries, Parish apparently switched to the Crescent Crown delivery method that involves skipping the Baton Rouge market. Someone should let them know that aged IPA's are not high on most of our shopping lists. I'll just drink the ones I've already got.
