I dig this one. It's still thin, but a barrel isn't helping that. That flavors are on point, though. Could maybe use a little more bourbon, which is the first time I've ever said that.

NBD......holy chit look what I found.....the silver gator from last year's jamboree. I knew it made it home with me but have looked hi.....and low for it to no avail.
It was hanging on the back side of the cabinet as it wouldn't fit over the cabinet knob where my normal bike chain opener is...

10 is probably 2 years too many, still good but the oxidation is starting to eat away at the spices in it. Glad I opened it tonight.
