3BD EO Munichorn. Honoring the memory of a friend tonight who passed away suddenly and tragically earlier this week. 42 with a wife and two small kids, otherwise healthy. Massive heart attack with a 98% blockage. It doesn’t make sense. Funeral was today. Sherron Moore sent a video to be played at the funeral. First time I ever visited and fell in love with Charleston was for his bachelor party. All this to say don’t worry about shite that ultimately doesn’t matter, enjoy every day.

Anytime I want to make it is gumbo weather. I don't stop cooking gumbo when it's summertime or consider it a meal only suited for cool/cold months.

I just finished a nice hot plate of spaghetti with meatballs and Italian Sausage and it was piping hot when I ate it, so why not gumbo if I'm hungry for it.
