Screwed up a belgian dubbel so I have split it up and am souring one part and added brett from Rds to another part. Probably will add a different strain of brett to the rest of it......The original didn't ferment completely and was too sweet. Brett will eat those unfermentable sugars that regular yeast won't. Prolly will brew a Zappa Dust next weekend.

Never was able to get into Brett beers... the funk just never took to my palate (although me and the gf thoroughly enjoyed Supplication from RR)

Interesting. Might have to hit that up during the holidays. Hopefully they have some solid offerings. I've had mixed experiences at one in Denver
