Yes. This was decided at the Second FBD Ecumenical Council. 22 ounce bomber = 1 beer. Anything larger is more than 1.

I don't remember that. I must have been drinking! I think that 750s were part of the early "1 bottle = 1 beer" rule. It was later revised down to 22 ounce bombers.
