FBD - founders curmudgeons better half. If my barrel aged/ dark beer bros haven't tried this yet you need to.

Also, fricking packers (I'm getting #preangry)

Stopping for a beer after work. Got two fresh hop beers I'm trying to decide between - they are available at different taprooms. Which name is more worthy?

Citra Slicker by Bale Breaker

OR

Feels Like the Fresh Time by Boneyard

Both supposed to be good beers...

I guess so. Not sure because I don't speak Mexican. Sounds good, though.

Yeah. I agree. Got that nostalgia going for it. Also, it's an Oregon beer, and not from north of the border.

Chitown, are you doing any of the Deep Woods tappings this week? I’ll be heading over to Links on Thursday.

Last Beer of the Day is another Reve with a wee nip of the rye added. I didn't have a full pour of brown left in the bottle, so I figured I'd fortify the stout.

Hey Hoops. I actually saw a card at the Red Star Bar about their tapping of the VSOJ on Thursday, which I fricking love. I won't be able to make it for that because I'm heading to NYC this weekend, but I'm planning to hit their release on 11/16 for the Deth's Tar lineup. My buddies and GF didn't want to go last year so I went solo and had a blast and got some amazing beer.

Because I love a great barrel aged scotch ale I may consider going back for the Gravedigger Billy release. Need to see if it tops the Central Waters BBA stout.
