We need our friends in Texas to change their laws, then Specs could ship it to us for what I can only presume is MUCH less than me ordering beer from Minnesota. That would be a start.

Karbach Rodeo Clown DIPA

I'm hoping this is an old batch, because it's terrible. Almost no hop flavor, just a malty, syrupy mess. I couldn't find the date on the can so I risked it and bought a 4 pack because I've been wanting to try this, but I doubt I drink the rest.

It is old for sure. Rodeo Clown is not a top tier DIPA IMO, but it is solid and is plenty hoppy when fresh.

fyi, I had Karbach Hop Delusion at Hay Merchant yesterday. With Karbach, bottles usually follow a week or two after kegs, so be on the look out...It's freaking delicious.

And I'm getting tired of posting to myself. We need some of you people to stop day drinking and join me on the late night shift.

But somebody has to do the day drinking. I am old, so it works best for me most days. We need some youngsters on CST to stay up with you. Tigressa, who is on Pacific time like Dean, is getting more involved too.

Still waiting, but I'm pretty sure I've got my bases covered. Its coming to my parents house, and even though I have a second and a third interview (this one is at a local watering hole actually, is pretty much comp terms, good ppl right?) this week ( ), I'm pretty sure my dad will be home whenever I'm out. He plays golf on Friday and I'll be in Houston doing something with my stuff, but another family member should be home by then, hopefully with some combination of Snake Handler/milk jugs, Cigar City, etc from FLA.

They have a great lineup. I definitely take it for granted here in Texas.

Good deal.

I've been going to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores/Destin/Seaside for a long time now. Never seen Cigar City. I hope that has changed. Bell's, Founders, Sweetwater, etc should be plentiful.
