I don’t think I have ever seen a 4oz ribeye. How would you even cook that?
Cook a whole ribeye and eat 4 Oz.
My wife and I usually split a steak.

Eat 1 meal a day and try to forget about food. Eat to live don’t live to eat. Wife and I both lost 50 pounds recently, if you really want to do it you can. Good luck baw.

Use your brain for half a second and I think you can figure it out

Have you tried fasting one day a week? Just water for 24 hours. It's really not that hard since 8 hours is in your sleep. 16 waking hours without food has proven medical benefits.

Soups, but not heavy stuff like cream or butter based. Chicken/noodle, veg/beef, potato/leek, tomato soup......
Grilled vegetables.
Quinoia cooked in chicken or shrimp stock. Excellent source of protein.
Fruit salads for something light and refreshing--apple slices, pineapple, grapes, melon, strawberries, blueberries, mangos. Cut them up, put in the fridge and eat a little at a time.
Egg salad, tuna salad, grilled salmon or tuna.
In the morning 2 soft or hard boiled eggs, some grits and some fresh fruit.
