In BR my favorite tacos are Fernando's on Coursey. They have two kinds crunchy and reg.. The crunchy ones are fried flour tortilla instead of corn.

Baton rouge needs to do away with taco bell all together and get a taco johns. Taco johns is the shite as far as a chain taco joint.
