Favorite Steak Offshoot Flavor or Tenderness?

I lean more toward flavor, that's why I preferred the more bold taste of a Strip.

I wont argue the tenderness of a filet, but IMO they are bland LOL!

Flavor.

If you slice it right it should be easy to eat.

Filets are so boring.


Ribeye, Skirt, and Hanger have the best flavor to me. They can also be really tender if prepared right.

Favorite steak is a great strip. Just hard to find.

I like the flavor of the flatiron, too, but the strip is my favorite.

I don’t understand this. I prefer filets in every aspect, including flavor.
