My fav is still the crawfish corn maque choux from Antlers. Love the ribs at Zea's. Whatcha got?

Bon creole is always solid. There is one food booth from st martinville that had some killer etouffe and red beans and rice

I had that a couple of weeks ago, and that shite is incredible. It would be off the chain with a little brisket on it. Their brisket is really good.
