Bear Creek Smokehouse in Marshall, TX. Expensive but worth it!

There is a small smokehouse in St. Joe, Arkansas on Hwy 65 in the Buffalo River Valley called Coursey’s. Fine bacon and ham. They will also make for you the best ham sammich ever. I make a pilgrimage here for bacon, ham and smoked cheese each year. You won’t be disappointed. They ship too. Thank me later.
