BJ's Brewery had Cajun Chicken or Shrimp Pasta in the early 2000s.

There were a lot of “Cajun” restaurants in mall food courts back in the day, which were strictly Chinese food but labeled as Cajun, offering items such as “bourbon chicken”. I figured that was a way to skirt any exclusivity clauses that the original Chinese restaurant in the food court had with the mall.
