If that is for the land, building, contents, etc. Not a bad deal. But you aren’t going to get far with that name these days. So TM is largely worthless.

I remember Fat Alberts when I was a kid. It was real good...Before Popeyes. I remember there being a store somewhere on Johnston St though. Can't say I ever went to the Moss St location. Didn't even know this "franchise" was still in existence.
