Just a reminder that submissions for the next challenge are due on Sunday, Nov. 8! Submission thread will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

The dish must star pork tenderloin, and not pork loin. At least one picture submitted with entry and a general description of method and ingredients, but specific recipe not required. You may enter more than one pork tenderloin dish, but in separate posts.

Voting thread will open after 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Voting will end on Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. Mail in ballots not accepted.

I’m only going to have one, and I haven’t even figured out what I’m doing!

I looked for something I have never cooked or eaten before. Something new new

Same. I’ve only ever cooked it in a common way. That won’t do!

Did mine last weekend.

Tried something new, at least, for me, and it came out great.

I have a suggestion for the next challenge. Instead of restricting it to a specific protein, we could do a one off and let the challenge be a Thanksgiving main dish. It can be turkey or whatever your holiday traditional meal is.

I think that would be a good way to get suggestions for novel holiday meals.

Thoughts?

I think that would be cool, a thanksgiving edition.

Maybe not restrict to a main dish but A dish you are serving up on the most gluttons food day of the year

It would work better for me if it were any Thanksgiving dish, main or side.
