Ever tasted CHINA-CHINA?

They describe the taste pretty well…bitter orange peels and cloves.

It’s delicious. I used it for a cocktail but I can’t remember exactly which one. It is delicious on its own though.. if I can remember I will look for the cocktail recipe I used it in

Are you thinking about an Old Bank? It is bourbon, China, and honey but I don't know the recipe. I have had another one that has Cognac and pear but it is a "fancy" one that involved muddling and multiple ingredients, I live those to the mixologists.

I will look it up this afternoon when I get home. I really like Amaros on their own but they are great in cocktails and China China is a good one
