Desta is good. Embilita on Cheshire Bridge is also quite good.
Desta is bigger and more Americanized. Embilita is tiny and mainly caters to Ethiopian.

I have very limited experience with Ethiopian in Atlanta, but Bole near the airport is quite good. They even do a full blown coffee ceremony.

Emblita was one of the first on my radar. I don't want something Americanized so I might be going with this one. Thanks!
