This recipe here: LINK
It’s a Sicilian style pan pizza/ sfincione....dough made in the food processor in a couple minutes, then spread onto an oiled half sheet pan to rise for 2-3 hrs. Topped w tomato sauce, a solid layer of deli sliced mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Damn tasty for a pretty small amount of effort. Esp since I used Rao’s arriabiata sauce straight outta the jar.

take a flour tortilla, cover both sides with olive oil, sprinkle some garlic powder on the top side, lather on some pizza sauce from a jar, toss on some veggies and some meat and some cheese, stick in 500 degree oven for 7-8 minutes
total time required is under 10 minutes.

I'll have to give this a shot.
As an alternative....It's not homemade, but hear me out. If you can find Jack's frozen pizza at your grocery store, grab a couple of cheese pizzas (dirt cheap!). Jack's is out of Chicago and, growing up in a pizza snob household in the Chicago burbs, Jack's was always our go to frozen pizza. Very crispy thin crust, sweet but heavily herbed sauce, and good toppings.
Anyway, get your Jack's cheese, throw your desired toppings on, finish with some fresh, whole milk mozzarella slices, italian seasoning, and a good shake or three of hot pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 minutes longer than it calls for and finish with a quick 2-3 min high broil to brown up the cheese.
Beats any carry-out pizza I've found in the ATL area. A taste of home.

I make quick pizzas using naan bread, it makes a great crust.

Agreed. That Garlic Naan you can get at Trader Joe's, I think, is freaking awesome.

naan pizza is my secret weapon
I mark it on a grill pan first

flatbreadbread from kroger, marinara from kroger, shredded mozz from kroger, sliced pepperoni from kroger, sliced olives from kroger.
Assemble on sheet and bake at 375 until cheese is starting to brown. For me, 16 minutes in a cold oven or 12 if preheated.
Literally the easiest pizza you can make, and it really is good. My wife sneaks other vegetables in there too, but you'll want to parcook the vegetables first if you do this.

Flatbread pizzas are a weekly staple and super easy. From preparing to eating in less than 15 minutes. Can’t beat it and the ones I make are loaded with veggies and turkey pepperoni
