We love The stuffed French toast at Toast but they don't open till 8. Any other options that favor the sweet tooth!

Can check out Ruby Slipper or Slim Goodies to see if they have anything that hits the spot.

If you’re looking for something earlier than 8 a.m., you’re not looking for brunch.

Any preference on part of town? Russell’s Marina Grill is my go to. Opens at 7.

It’s great. Laid back no frills diner near the Lakefront. Grit cakes are really good.

Willa Jean is good. May cost more that Ruby Slipper but the menu is different. It opens at 7am.

Atchafalaya does brunch, but I don't remember if there's is on Saturday or Sunday (or both)

They do brunch. The constraint is before 8am.
There are very few options for a brunch type place at that time.

La Boulangerie on Magazine. Excellent french bakery with some breakfast dishes. sit out front on a patio chair. Not a full serve spot, but terrific food.
