Can’t make it on Sunday, so we were going to take pops out for lunch on Saturday. It’s been a good bit since I’ve had lunch in the Lafayette area that wasn’t a link of boudin passing through.

I tried to research a little and saw a few joints, but it’s hard to tell who is allowing dine in or not... not to mention I have no clue where to go. I usually just take him to Ruffinos for dinner when we go b/c he doesn’t eat out much. I think the last time I was there for work we ate at French Press for lunch...

Pop’s Poboys and Central Pizza are open for dine in.

Johnson’s Bouncaniere has outdoor dining (it never has indoor).

ETA: Social also appears to be open for dine in.

La Pizzaria is open for dine in. I've never been there, but some friends have enjoyed it. Everything is fresh. Menu is a lot more than pizza.
There are a lot of pictures on their Facebook page which look good. Apparently, they have 3 types of homemade hummus and make their own pita. They also have some other apps, salads and entrees that look good.

It’s been probably 10ish years, but I’ve eaten at La Pizzeria once, I don’t remember much about the experience, if it was good enough I would have gone back

It's under brand new ownership now. Randy Daniel, who is the current president of the Louisiana Restaurant Association, currently owns it. He made some changes. Like I said, I've not eaten there, but heard good things. Here's a great article on the owner. Made me want to support his business.

Unless something changed from last week, Bread & Circus is not open for indoor dining.
