Duck eggs - I don't know if I can go back to chicken eggs

They make fluffier, creamier scrambled eggs, sunny side up is better because of the size of the yolk, poached is better because of the yolk...just all around better if you love eggs

They are a bitch to crack though

I'm not sure I've ever had duck eggs. I'll have to see if I can get my hands on some.

My brother in laws parents have a huge pond behind their house (not theirs). The ducks from the pond are always laying eggs in their landscaping, the throw them away when they find them.

Try em when you make a cornbread instead of chicken eggs. Best cornbread ever.
