Driving through Boudin country tonight- Anywhere open late to get boudin?

NuNu's in Youngsville is open till 9:00. Unless you're nearby, don't think you'll make it.

I don’t want to start another boudin thread tonight so I’ll just put this here. I had what could possibly be the best link of my life today in Elton at a little store that I don’t remember the name of. I was visiting family and the store across from the dollar general was a small meat market/grocery store. The meat and boudin was all called “mr t’s“. I didn’t try the smoked but the regular was 10/10. It had just the right amount of heat. The rest of the meat was run of the mill with typical stuffed and seasoned pork chops but that boudin was special. I almost want to go back to my relatives place so I can get some more. Almost.
