There was another thread of foods that I miss, and I mentioned Mettwurst. After looking over Patak's LONG list of sausages, sadly, Mettwurst is not listed.

Fox Brothers BBQ, a few minutes from downtown. It's a right turn off 85. Get the brisket. It's life changing. Also, get the thick bologna and frito sandwich as the appetizer.
