I guess I should have entertained a long, stupid post by Mike to attract everyone, and then word by word annihilated him and others to prove a point.

Oh Holy Jesus, Please do this. I'm so anticipating being owned by such a food ingrate as yourself.

Pudedum has shown up recently to razz people unnecessarily for some childish reason. I suspect he'll soon be gone.

Definintely an alter. He has a thread asking for "Bengals fans and Lester Earl."

He hasn't learned about a particular poster in one day.

I think he likes simple generalizations like "I Like Food That Tastes Good" or whatever because it precludes any specifics that he might have to give that would expose his ignorance of food in general. And don't get me wrong, nobody has to support why they eat here or there when it tastes good to them, but when you come out swinging and making brash ignorant statements like eating at fine dining restaurants is pretentious, you're just begging for it. Those are simply the ramblings of a food infant.

This guy sucks whatever alter he is. He obviously reads the F&D board regularly. I've almost typed a couple of responses to him, but I realize that it would be just like arguing with a child who is pretending to be somebody else. So I'll let him be...

Hmmm. A little research reveals very similar styles to be sure.

Lost me on:

quote:

I guess you've never eaten in a truly great restaurant. Should I tell you what it's like?

When describing what he meant by 'pretentious'
then went on to say he chooses a place by the food..

A truely GREAT restaurant has great food to begin with so how the hell does that decribe pretentious ??

I've always thought Otis to be pretentious with all his uppity chinese food dishes, etc. Does his absence seem "curious" to you??
I think I'll call him down at the pound, and just see if he answers: Hello, Pud speaking.....

Don't know. But food definitely tastes worse when there is a baby crying at the table next to you.
