I have the 36" and wish it was smaller when its stored... love it when Im cooking on it

The 4 burners give me more cooking capability. Can sear burgers, fry bacon, grill onions, toast buns all at the same time

if you need the extra space you can always leave the side tables off when you put it together

this right here.

The side tables are removable but, it would be better if they just folded.

I have such griddle in my yard and I'm totally satisfied. The rain spilt it several times when it was hot, however, everything is good. It did not warp.

PSA: Tractor Supply Co. has the 36 inch Blackstone for $249.

But, it appears to be the old model.

Thanks.

Also dicks has the stainless steel model right now for 249.00 shipped. I think it's the old model as well.

Watched an infomercial over the weekend about Blackstone Griddles.
They made a stop in nola and had Jay Ducote cooking on one.

Not sure if it's new but, they showed a few different models.

One that was half griddle and half charcoal pit.

One that was part griddle and the other part had 2 large propane burners.

I've decided on this. LINK

It's a complete system that has some cool accessories. It comes with a 384 square inch griddle and you can buy an additional griddle if you want the entire surface covered. Up to 608 sqare inches of griddle space.

You can also get other custom accessories for it like a pizza oven that works really well and a grill box. The legs are also removable, so it can sit on a table if need be.
