I was at Alberstsons the other day and notice some bison steaks from open nature. I decided to try a Strip steak and it was fantastic. So, good I decided to do it again last night. They were $12.99 per 10oz. steak. Here is how it came out.

Never cooked it myself but I do enjoy it, what was your method?

Bison is great, as is Buffalo.

Salt & Pepper in a skillet around 400* for 3 minutes. Then put it in the oven for 3 more minutes at 425*.

Been doing the same for our filets, except oven at 400. In the skillet I'll put some Kerrygold Garlic & Herb butter, with some garlic and rosemary. Filets come out fantastic!
That bison looks good. I've never cooked it, and only have had bison burgers, but never as a steak
