Yes, because someone took the time to cook, package, and deliver the food to me. I don't tip my usual 25%, but I still leave a tip.

That's about right. My orders usually run less than $30 and I tip $5. I figure the guy/girl has to pay for gas and has to deal with traffic their whole shift and I appreciate not having to leave my house. So yeah, $10 for a $50 order sounds right.
That's exactly how I feel about it as well. Drivers get a decent tip from. And don't think they don't remember that either.

If this is the case, do you tip fast food places?
And besides, waiters get paid less than to go shifts do because waiters expect tips. Togo does not

like 3 dollars if it is a pickup
about 5-6 if delivery on a 30 dollar meal
4-5 on a 20

its completely laughable that all the "big shots" on this board thinks it so awesome that they over-tip and feel the need to plug it into their post like we give a shite.
"I went to restaurant blah blah and the service was pretty bad, i only gave them my standard 40% tip."
or
"When I top, I ONLY leave a 30% minimum."
yeah, i'm mad

Not at all my intention. I'm not a typical F&D board poster.
That really is where I start because I've worked in the industry and have a health y respect for it. It's NOT because I'm an OT baller.

We all have our views on this, and they have all been pointed out.
I think it says alot about a person with how they tip.

Eh, I don't know about that. There's a lot of factors that play into how I tip. It's never 20% just because, there's a gray are there
