I sometimes supplement my daily TD.com visits with some OT but its rare
I used to be "all over" the ot, then fark board before i settled in here.

I don't understand this.
You asked us what we do in that scenario - what were we to do besides tell you what WE do?

I didnt say i hated the other responses nor did i say it was refreshing compared to the others in the thread. Im pretty sure i thanked the group as a whole already for responses about what to do as well.

I've eaten a bad steak a couple of times. Ketchup/A-1 never really helped. In fact I'm pretty sure they made it worse.
I'm not trying to be a snob. I'm not a baller, and I cook flank and chuck steak all the time. But really, I'd rather just slap some butter on top of an overcooked steak before I put ketchup or A-1 on any steak.

Not really ever. If overcooked, I would drench it in Dale's and butter.

How is that a fail?
Granted I'd prefer to use a flank steak for mine instead of any other cut, but the beef fajita is solid.

My bad. I cringe when the term "fajitas" is tossed around when it isn't skirt steak.

Beef encompasses all meat from cattle. What the he'll are you guys talking about?

Damn, it sucks that you over cooked them, but even then there is no reason to curse the dead cow who provided you with sustenance.

Yes.

And every time I give them steak I don't like they say "Wow, dad, this is excellent!"
