I am pretty sure that Delmonico still has a dry aged prime NY strip on the menu.
Best piece of meat I have ever had.

I think Luger's has great steaks. The rest of the food/service is average. Gibson's in Chicago is my favorite steakhouse. Les Halles in NYC can do a damn good steak, but it isn't a traditional steakhouse.
M. John's was sub-par the last few times I was there. Galatoire's has a highly under rated steak. Of course, that may just be the vodka talking.

Steak at Galatoire's is vastly underrated.

I believe Delmonico dry ages their steak.

DB's is definitely one of the best steakhouses in Louisiana. Week before last....McIlheney Oysters (possibly some of the best i've ever eaten), Fried Portobello mushrooms, very good and House Filet topped with the largest fried softshell crab i have ever seen.
Absolutely delicious.

Quaint atmosphere and nice value wine list. Other than that, meh...

Besh Steakhouse greatly impressed my group of 12 from all over the country. They ate at Lukes the next night and are now convinced John is the MAN.
