gug, what is the most underrated item on the menu ?

even though a lot of people get it, i'd say it's our roast beef poboy...we make our roast beef every day in house...can't get much better than that...

i highly suggest you get the french dip the next time you're in...

So one of my servers and myself just had lunch at your place gug.

10/10

Gumbo was one of (if not the) best I've ever had. Chicken/andouille. The mozz sticks were great. I really enjoyed the fried chicken, cheddar, bacon half poboy. My friend had the shrimp poboy.

Server was awesome, very friendly.

Gotta get back to work, and didnt have time to write a lengthy review, but keep up the good work. All was wonderful.

you can order it in quarts or gallons...as far as getting it a day after it's made, you can get it cold from us...then put it in the fridge for a few days and heat it up whenever you need it...

Gug, My GF had the red beans monday and it was served with a chicken breast...Is that the breading you use for your chicken fried steak? It was fantastic and all I could think of is wouldn't that be great on chicken fried steak.
