I like when he tried to get the Asian girl at the crawfish shop to say she was from somewhere else and "embrace her culture" and she told him straight up: I was born and raised here. I am as cajun as anyone else.

I'm watching this right now. He's such a fricking assclown. He was begging for her to say she was Vietnamese.

And then she takes one stab at Viet Cajun stuff and he asks why she had to be so mean. Like seconds after he's basically berating her for not cooking it the way he thinks they should.

Viet Cajun is fine, but there's no possible way it's better than a traditional Cajun boil. The seasoning simply does not soak into the tails the way a traditional soak does. Their boil is just a fancier ice chest shake.

I can't get past the downsy comment now though.
