Unfortunately, I fear we have some demographic issues that would make such a place undesirable to most in time, unless something is done to alleviate that problem.

supposedly in the old Border's building on the Boulevard (Mall of LA).
Why wait?
Chuck E. Cheese has been open on Seigen for years.
90's style arcades and microwaved food. Can't beat it.

so basically walk-ons without the games.
It's Chuck E. Cheese without the marketing scheme directed towards kids.

I think a certain 'element' in BR would make that place awful. If only hardworking, tax paying citizens with an education and morals frequented it, then it would be a very fun option.

Doubtful that this will happen.

Only way for this place to succeed is to have heavy sakurity and charge a pretty penny for a cover charge.

Time to brush up on my skeeball

It may just be me but this place sounds fricking lame, I can't imagine spending my Friday nights playing arcade games for adults.

Average food, horrible video games. You are not missing anything

If you're looking for a better steak in an arcade setting youz're shite out of luck.

I always see commercials and wonder wtf do d&b commercials come on here when the closest one is in houston. I doubt ill ever go, but I used to frequent it a lot living in Georgia. Doesn't seem like it would be as fun for older folks, not like they had the go cart tracks you had to be 18+ to drive on like Malibu grand prix or andrettis. But I guess u could take ur kids and get drunk while they blow ur money on video games. Just never seemed like a place for adults, no bowling, no put put, no carts.

I went to one in miami and the food was shite. Games are ok, they're geared more for kids. Its not worth it for anyone in college or above to go.

Dave & Buster's has a great strategy but overall it's shite vale for customers.
Overpriced shite food. Overpriced weak drinks. Expensive games.
You'll easily drop 50 bucks in 2 hours there. Which, honestly, I don't mind if it had the clientele of somewhere like the Bulldog. Unfortunately, this place will turn into a dump in less than 6 months.
I have been to the one in Denver several times. It is expensive but I don't go there looking for an economical outing.
I know plenty of people that would not mind spending that kind of money for entertainment.

I don't think arcades are fun anymore, id rather play my console. But my freshman year we would frequent the bowling and arcade in the union, but this was before ps3 and xbox came out.

I always assumed Dave & Buster's was an adult style Chuck E' Cheese from the way they portray it in the commercial so I went to the one in Nashville.
Frick no, there were little hellions running around everywhere.

Damn that kind of ruins it for me. Always wanted one here but I thought it was 18+ to enter.

no bowling
Many D&Bs have bowling alleys fwiw.
As for the kids, it isn't like parents can just drop them off. I think there is a limit to hows many underage customers can accompany someone that is over 21. And usually after a certain time, no one under 21 allowed.
There are 2 out here and I've been a couple of times. It can be fun when you go, but yeah, it isn't someplace you go on a regular basis. Speaking of which, I have a TON of points on my D&B card that I need to cash in someday.
