This SOB drops a new rib video right before the weekend on how to make "Malcolm style" ribs and now I gotta get to the store and buy some and eat ribs for about the third weekend in a row.

I swear yhat dude moves more grocery products than the damn Wu flu when he puts out a new video.

Strictly simple rib recipe. No butter. No sugar. No bs.

Rub em, cook em, wrap em with just a little sauce, then a little sauce at the end to finish them on the pit. That's it.

Those ribs looked damned good. I'm going to smoke a couple of racks of St. Louis spares like that this weekend if the weather will cooperate.

He makes a good video. Well edited. Some people will make a video on a 5 hour rib cook, and it will be 6 hours long.
