If you are leaving the zoo and ready to eat then ENOS In Bishop Arts is pretty good pizza and great craft beer selection. There are a bunch of shops and bars in Bishop arts that are nice to peruse but I don't know what all is open.
My favorite pizza is Louies in East Dallas about 5 minutes from downtown. Its super thin Waukegan style. I'm not sure if they are open for dine-in or not. A close second is Scalinis also in east Dallas. Another good choice is Campisis. Then there is Fireside Pies for gourmet pizza. For neopolitan, cane rosso gets love but is average, I like Testa much better.

Thanks bud! I've passed this message on to my governing authority.

Cane Rosso sucks. It's a pizza joint that caters to millenial hipster types who care about buzzwords like ORGANIC and LOCALLY SOURCED and FARM TO TABLE and all that just so they can justify charging more.
Cavalli is good but it might be too far away. Campisis is usually a good option.
