Went tonight for dinner. All the food that we got was delicious, but the service was terrible. They completely forgot about 3/8 burgers in our group with two separate orders.
Half the order came out 20 minutes after the first half, after we had to inquire where the rest of the food was.
Good burgers and tots, though.

I’d say this is an appropriate defense if they missed one burger, but it was almost half of our order.

Live Curbside but I'll say, it seems every time I go something from my order if forgotten. Whether it be fries, an extra, or what.

We used to go 2-3 times per month. The service has gotten unspeakably bad over the past year or so (whenever they changed management). Haven't been in months
