Creole Mustard- what is it?

Google has various recipes but when I look up Zatarains version (which my recipe calls for) the ingredients read just like regular spicy brown mustard.

What's the deal?

Usually has whole mustard seeds in it.

It's spicy brown mustard made by a person of Creole heritage.

It’s just yellow mustard with some Tony’s added to it

It’s typically coarsely ground (though not whole grain) mustard.

Extra mustard seeds is the answer.
