I agree, those are the two best commercially prepared ones I've had in nola. Can't hate on Galley either, only had Seithers once that I can think of. F Deanies.

What's the difference with the crawfish for these places?

I've eaten them all over and there are places that are hit and miss in all three areas. For the most part, they use the same types of seasoning.

My son goes to Riverdale Middle so last year we tried Michael's Seafood. I found it to have a good supply and price. I have bought both live and boiled. I like getting other seafood from there as well.
