I use oranges...depending on the size of the pot I might use orange juice. I have used the frozen concentrate before. But I measure.
A little OJ or fresh squeezed OJ adds an excellent flavor. Much more crisp and clean...IMO.

Lemons are great in a crawfish boil. I imagine real oranges would be good, too... but orange juice is strange to me.

If you're using enough grapefruit juice or orange juice to actually taste it in a boil then someone is doing something very wrong.
