Inspired by the previous poster. Below is a bunch of pictures from the cook. This was a pain but well worth it. First time making it - let me know what you all think.

We boiled some crawfish last weekend and had a ton left. I finally got decided I was going to make this. I grew up loving this shite but would only get it once or twice a year and now I know why.

I used a little more lemon than called for it and I think it worked well. Also I let it sit in the fridge for two days and it got better each day I tried it.

Upvote.

I like that the rice I can see is split. You know how to properly cook it.

What is your address again? That looks delcious. I made this only once in my life. Now I just enjoy it in restaurants.

Looks great.
My wife would make me sleep on the couch though.

Looks terrific. A real labor of love to make bisque all the way from scratch like that. LouisianaLady made some a few weeks ago and shared some and it was as good as I’ve ever eaten.

You've mentioned this in several threads now. What is going on in your home that your wife doesn't allow you to cook time consuming dishes?

Are you okay? Blink twice if you need help.

You did good work. Take it up one notch by making crawfish boudin balls and use them as garnish on the bowls.

Yep, looks good.
I wonder if my mom still has those old school soup bowls?

I can’t tell everything you did, but I wish I was eating it. Well done.
